1 jar of muun chi vegan butter, softened
1 jar of muun chi plain nondairy cheese
3 T Tomato paste
1/2 c chopped fresh basil
5 sun dried tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
optional chopped nuts
Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Mix in a food processor. Let sit in an open bowl in the fridge til desired thickness. Great served as a spread or warmed as a sauce. Perfect for a picnic on a warm sunny fall day. It reminds me of summer .
