Turmeric Bowl of Goodness

Updated: Jan 5, 2025

As we start the new year, I would love to begin with a protein, fiber packed bowl of goodness. This simple recipe is one that I thought could fuel your desire for quick oats but replace it with a fiber that is not going to spike your sugar levels.

You may just want to get a head of cauliflower, rice it and store in your fridge to make your life easy for the week.

1 head of cauliflower, riced in a food processor or chopped finely

1/2 c muun chi Turmeric Hemp Mylk

1/2 c cooked white navy beans or almond butter

1 tsp cinnamon

2 T muun chi UPnola or UPsli

Put your beans and hemp mylk in a food processor and blend. Take a medium sized saucepan and put in your riced cauliflower, add the muun chi hemp mylk blend and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender but not mushy.

Serve with sprinkled cinnamon, nuts and seeds or muun chi UPnola or UPsli.

This is a meal packed with fiber and protein and will keep you satiated for hours. As you eat this bowl of goodness, think about how your nerves and digestion are working together to give you calm and energy ar the same time. Food is simply amazing!
